Do you offer engraving?
You're in luck! We do offer high-quality, affordable engraving. This enables you to get a special message in a font of your choice engraving on the flask. To add engraving to your order, simply add it to the product page when purchasing a flask.

Do you offer corporate packages?
X Flasks make a great, memorable gift for corporates that is good value for money.

What about refunds?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee for all our flasks if they are defective.

Are all the flasks the same size?
Yes, all our flasks are the exact same size but we will be introducing a few ranges with jackets shortly.

Where do you ship?
We ship to (nearly) every country in the world!
Here at X Flasks, we've delivered to flasks from the UK and USA to Brazil and Mexico, so don't fret, we'll be able to deliver!

How much does it cost to ship to my country?
The answer to this question will be confirmed once we've finished negotiating costs with different shipping providers. We want to offer a great service for you whilst minimising shipping costs.

I need a flask urgently, can you help?
When the urge to purchase a flask strikes, you want it in your hands now. That's why, if you get in touch via hello@xflasks.com, we'll endeavour to help get the flask to you as quick as possible. I once got on a train to personally deliver a flask 100 miles away because the customer needed it for a wedding later that day!
